DTF

Direct-to-film printing is a method where a design is printed directly onto a special film using a specialized printer, and then that film is heat pressed onto a fabric to transfer the design, allowing for vibrant prints on a variety of materials regardless of the fabric color due to the use of white ink as a base to the image.

How do I get a quote?

With Fresh Set Apparel Solutions it is easy to get a quote on a custom order, you can browse our catalog, add items to your quote cart then submit. You will hear back from us within 24-48 hours with a quote or if we need more info from you to generate a quote we will reach out to your preferred method of communication.

How do I place a custom order?

Making a custom order first starts by selecting the your preferred garment or product. Then deciding on the placement of your design and the amount of items and the garment sizes (if applicable). Then submitting for a quote.

How much does it cost to make a custom t-shirt?

The cost of a customized garment depends on 4 things

  1. The type of garment
  2. The amount of garments in the order
  3. The print placement/s
  4. Garment sizes (if applicable)

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order on our site once you've received your quote, via credit card or paypal. We also accept business or personal checks, or cash, but cannot begin the order processing until the check/cash is received. If paying by check/cash please contact us at freshsetapparel@gmail.com

How much does an average t-shirt cost?

Each t-shirt, or any other apparel will vary in price. This depends on the brand, model, size and the placement of your design.

For example, a Gildan Heavy Cotton (5000) shirt in sizes XS-L with a front center print would cost $15.30. But depending on the order amount this price may change, so be sure to submit a quote with your order details.

Can I talk to a real person about my order before I place it?

I don't live near, do you ship out orders?

Yes! We do ship out orders, which will have a shipping fee.

How do I get my order once it's processed?

You can either have your order shipped to you via USPS, UPS, or FedEx or if you live within 50 miles we can drop it off for you.

How long does it take to get my order?

Depending on the order size, processing may take 2-3 business days. Tell us when you need your order and we can discuss expediting it if needed. Do contact us if you have questions regarding the delivery date.

I don't know anything about graphic art/designs.

Not a problem at all! We offer design services as well. If you need a design created for your apparel order head to our design lab! If you already have a company logo/design you'd like to use for the order but it is not the best quality file, we can clean it up and get it ready for print or embroidery, which you can also submit in the design lab. What format should I submit my artwork in?

We can handle any type of file, but prefer Adobe Illustrator files. If submitting a raster file (.psd, .jpg, .png) in high resolution. The higher the DPI (dots per inch) the better!

What brands do you carry?

We carry over 50 of the top brands in apparel. This includes Gildan, Champion, Hanes, Alternative Apparel, Next Level, Bella Canvas and many more. If you don't see what you are looking for, reach out to us and we will find it!

What is your return policy?

100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Custom printed apparel is awesome, but it can't always come out exactly as you envisioned. Rest assured we will work through any issues and with large orders can also provide samples before processing the final order. No matter the issue we will find a solution. We take pride in creating high-quality products and on time.
